- All Gift cards can be used to pay or part pay any fees for any services provided by Mullingar medical Centre
- Unless otherwise stated all Gift Cards or Vouchers for services can only be used by registered patients of Mullingar Medical Centre.
- You must book an appointment for any service in advance.
- When booking, you must mention you will be paying with a voucher and provide the code that is contained on your voucher.
- Please bring either a printed copy of voucher or email reference at the time of consultation.
